We deeply appreciate Mr Tony Walker’s effort in preparing the property for sale by carrying out minor repairs and decorations therein before the listing, and his effort to engage furniture company to design and furnish the property.  These gave an overall good and comfort condition and impression to potential purchasers in viewing the property before the auction.  Adequate efforts have been made by Tony to list and marketing the property prior to the auction day, as a result thereof we have received many requests and enquiries from potential purchasers on the form of auction contract, with attempts to offer and enter into such contract before the auction.  We have to say, notwithstanding such pre-auction offers, auction is the most appropriate way in this case to generate sufficient interest in the property and serious competition for obtaining a price reasonably higher than the prior offers.  Needless to say, the location, size, and condition of this property, as well as the time for the auction and the good weather, also play important roles in generating interest and attendance for the sale.

This is the second property we have engaged the effort and services of Mr Tony Walker in auction sale, the first one being the auction sale of 1203/1 Cambridge Lane, Chatswood which was completed on 28 March 2017.  We are fully satisfied with his services in connection with the auction sale.

We look forward to the smooth completion of this property within 42 days from 8 April 2017.  Thanks for keeping us informed of further development.
